Similar in style to the Rare Dry Gin but with the addition of three fresh botanicals: turmeric to add weight and earthiness, ginger for spice and zesty native finger limes.

A new and permanent member of the Four Pillars family, Fresh Yuzu Gin offers amazing aromatics that are a mix of lemon, mandarin, cumquat and grapefruit. The palate also features ginger, turmeric and sencha genmaicha, a Japanese green tea with roasted brown rice, for depth of flavour.

In 2015 Four Pillars combined their Rare Dry Gin with some of the best Shiraz grapes in Australia to create the Bloody Shiraz Gin for the first time. And now each year they steep Yarra Valley Shiraz grapes in gin, and after eight weeks they press the fruit before blending with more Rare Dry Gin.

With its unique recipe of 14 botanicals, we take our signature Edinburgh Gin Classic, and post-infuse it with rhubarb and ginger to create this full-strength expression. Our full-strength (40%) Raspberry gin is bursting with natural flavour from start to finish. It is distilled with five traditional gin botanicals and a combination of fresh Scottish raspberries and raspberry leaves to a create a perfectly balanced gin with an incredible depth of flavour.

In deepest rural Ireland, on the edge of a lake in Drumshanbo, Co Leitrim, is home of The Shed Distillery and PJ Rigney. PJ created The Shed Distillery with its medieval copper pot stills and began a quest to fuse oriental botanicals with the local Irish ones. As it turned out, they got on very well indeed.
