Full Send was brewed as a collaboration between Epic Beer and AJ Hackett Bungy for the 2026 Smith's New Zealand IPA Challenge in Queenstown. It brings together two brands that have never had much interest in playing it safe. Full Send is a bright, high-impact New Zealand IPA built around Eshcapade - a brand new hop variety from Eggers Hops. Motueka, Riwaka and Nectaron play the supporting chorus, adding lemon-lime zest, tropical lift, and juicy stone fruit depth.

Crisp NZ pilsner malt lays the foundation, lifted by a touch of Vienna to support its bigger 6.7% frame. Harmonic Haze Machine pours a glowing, hazy golden hue with a soft, pillowy body that feels like weather you can drink. Released in 2011, Hop Zombie quickly earned cult status around the globe. Built with multiple dry hop additions and a massive hop load. For the 10th anniversary of Hop Zombie (2021) Epic decided to brew something that was bigger, and came up with the name 'Zombier', because it is bigger than Hop Zombie. This batch is a re-brew (second time only) of ZombieR because people are always asking when Epic were going to brew it again. Out of the can there is that familiar aroma of the guava and passionfruit. On tasting though they will find there is a noticeable difference compared to Hop Zombie. It seems that the balance of the beer is noticeably greater. This leads to an unfortunately high level of drinkability. There will be people that think having two cans is a good idea because it tastes so good, and so easy to drink. All they will say is beware, and respect the Zombie, it bites. 10% ABV.

Epic JIRA was never meant to exist. Crisp, composed, and forged with absolute precision, it reimagines the pilsner for a new world - taking the discipline, balance, and clarity of Japanese brewing and charging it with the vibrant character of modern hops. Riwaka brings an unmistakable burst of passionfruit, lime, and tropical lift, while Citra adds bright citrus and clean, refreshing drive.

Originally brewed for Wellington's Annual West Coast IPA Challenge, Lupulingus has earned its cult following. This formidable Imperial IPA pours a striking tangerine hue and delivers 40% more US hops than Hop Zombie, unleashing layers of ripe stonefruit, caramelised peach and apricot syrup over a fresh piney backbone. Its legendary hop intensity lingers long after each sip, finishing with a resinous bitterness that has made Lupulingus one of the brewery's most sought-after releases.

Mandarin Skies rises from a glowing citrus horizon, a soft hazy IPA built around Citra, Riwaka and Mandarina Bavaria. Citra leads with bright waves of grapefruit, lime, mango, and orange peel, while Riwaka cuts through with passionfruit, sharp citrus, and that unmistakable New Zealand hop intensity. Mandarina Bavaria wraps it all in a juicy mandarin glow, giving the beer its golden sky, soft haze, and sunlit finish.

This is a full-throttle Citra/Mosaic/Simcoe war cry, echoing with citrus lightning and tropical thunder. That first sip strikes with juicy hop oils-grapefruit zest, passionfruit flesh, and a whisper of pine sap. A sturdy malt backbone holds the line, offering a subtle caramel sweetness before the bitterness surges like a battle cry across your taste buds. Crack a can of Anchovy. Canned Laughter, West Coast bright IPA, brewed with an extra helping of infamous Anchovy hops from Segal Ranch in Yakima, Washington and paired with a touch of Chinook and Mosaic. Nothing fishy, just pink grapefruit bitterness, juicy watermelon, strawberry, blueberry and yellow boiled lolly notes. It's different, but only dead fish go with the flow.
