Deep ruby-red to burnished copper with excellent clarity, vibrant fusion of tropical and citrus notes backed with caramel, toasted toffee and hints of biscuit. Chewy red malts provide a smooth, rounded mouthfeel with flavours of caramelised sugar, light toffee. These are lifted by bright tropical fruit and white wine notes. Finishes with a lingering interplay of citrus peel bitterness and soft malt sweetness, with a dry, refreshing tail.
