Crafted exclusively in first-fill and refill American and European oak casks sourced from Jerez, Spain. Fully matured in a careful selection of first-fill and refill American and European oak sherry casks sourced from Jerez. It opens with an aromatic blend of apple pastry, spiced currants, and orange zest, lifted by hints of pineapple and fennel. Tamnavulin Double Cask is the perfect introduction to their signature Speyside single malt whiskies: sweet, smooth and fruity, with notes of orchard fruits, creamy toffee and Crème Brûlée. Like all Tamnavulin, this whisky starts life in American ex-bourbon casks, adding smoothness to their sweet, fruity spirit. Then, when the time is right, the whisky is finished in seasoned sherry casks.
