An organic wine grown in living soil. This Chardonnay wine is a true reflection of the grape. Clean and vibrant, a pure expression of New Zealand nature. This wine exhibits bright citrus and ripe stone fruit aromas entwined with subtle notes of clove and oakspice. The palate is fresh and vibrant with ripe flavours of juicy peach merged with nutty lees and ginger highlights. A fresh and elegant Chardonnay with some depth of stone fruits, nutty lees and oak flavours on a fresh, fine textured palate.

The ultimate expression of Stoneleigh's minimal-intervention winemaking philosophy, Stoneleigh Wild Valley is crafted using fruit picked at optimum ripeness and is wild fermented by the micro-flora that occurs naturally in the Rapaura environment. Mineral and herbaceous aromas with flavours of ripe lemon and smoky and sweet honey. An elegant freshness with a creamy texture. Long, soft and complex finish. Creating a generous wine that is distinctively Marlborough.

The wine has delightful aromas of white peach, nectarines and subtle citrus zest join hints of cashew and cream. Fresh flavours of stone fruit combine with cashews and an underlying toastiness from the barrel fermentation to deliver a mouth-filling, enjoyable wine. It has a clean, elegant palate, a zesty acid backbone and long, persistent finish. A small portion of this wine was barrel fermented and then lees stirred for 4 months. After 6 - 8 months maturation in French oak, the wine was blended and bottled.

This wine is medium-bodied with fresh and delicate flavours of strawberry and raspberry fruit balanced with hints of mineral talc.

Fresh, lifted aromas of yellow peach, along with some subtle tropical fruit characters and a touch of lemony citrus. A medium weight palate with fleshy yellow peach, subtle pineapple and citrus flavours. There is a refreshing, tight acidity and a lovely clean finish.

The wine has aromas of fresh strawberries and cream with hints of raspberry and citrus zest. This is a light-bodied wine with luscious flavours of juicy strawberry and raspberry with a hint of creamy lemon curd. It is a dry style rosé which is crisp and refreshing.

Sourced exclusively from Te Mata Estate's own vineyards. This Estate Vineyards Chardonnay was harvested from Bridge Pa Triangle, Woodthorpe Terraces and Havelock Hills vineyards. White gold in the glass, immediate refreshing appeal of ripe nectarine and lemon sorbet edged with sea-salt, roast almond and a hint of smoke from French oak. Delicious on its own, or a wonderful partner for both simply prepared and fuller flavoured seafood and white meat dishes.
