Bay and Barnes leaned on our cousins across the ditch for the grapes to make this classic Australian Chardonnay. Following harvest, fruit was gently pressed before settling. Specially selected yeasts were used to start fermentation. From there the wine was delicately matured on oak and lees stirred to impart lovely toasty flavours and a creamy texture.

Parcels of wine were tasted and blended with precision to create a delicious Sauvignon Blanc which showcases classic Marlborough character.

A blend of Grenache, Cinsault, and Rolle - complex and layered with flavours of raspberry and redcurrant brought by the grenache and accompanied by notes of zesty citrus from the Rolle. The palate develops with emerging notes of vanilla and spice from the oak influence that lingers on the finish.

The nose is elegant, with aromas of melon, white stone fruit and some subtle toasty charry nuances. The palate displays ripe nectarine and citrus notes overlaying rich creamy characters and is intense, weighty and textural showing great length with a clean finish.
